Céline Scheen is a graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. She is an active participant of different concerts. Céline Scheen works with many renowned soloists and conductors of Germany, France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Italy, and Spain; she works with such ensembles as Pygmalion, La Cappella Mediterranea, Le Banquet Celeste.
She took part in recordings of secular cantatas of Bach under the directorship of Leonardo Garcia Alarcon, The Sicilian Vespers of Monteverdi with Ricercar Consort under the directorship of Philippe Pierlot, music and songs for the movie Le Roi Danse (The King is Dancing) together with Musica Antiqua Koln under the directorship of Reinhard Goebel.
Her repertoire features the role of Zerlina from Mozart’s opera Don Giovanni and Papagena from Mozart’s Magic Flute, Atilia from Cavalli’s Eliogabalo, Amour from Rameau’s Platée, Euridice from Monteverdi’s Orfeo. She participated in productions by Angers-Nantes Opéra, Theatre de Caen, Grand Théâtre de Luxembourg, L’Opéra de Lille, Opéra Comique in Paris, Culture House (MC2) in Grenoble, etc.
