Home > HomeГлавная > Programme > Новости > III International Musical Festival…

III International Musical Festival “Eurasia” will take place in Ekaterinburg from 6 to 15 of October, 2015. However, it is not only for concerts that will be held during the festival, but also for a grand OFF-Program.

It includes meet-the-artist and signature-sessions with musicians, live concert broadcasts, lectures and master classes.

After each concert, there will be a signature-session with artists in the Small lounge near the concert hall. Our listeners will have an opportunity to get an autograph from Christine Pluhar, Luke Debarga, Anton Batagov, Dmitry Liss, Sheikh Salem Al-Gazuli and other festival participants.

The festival will expand itself thanks to Virtual Concert Hall: there will be three live concert broadcasts. That includes a final concert broadcast of UAFO with Dmitry Liss, concert of the Symphonic Chorus and “Arditti-quartet” with Yuri Bashmet. Broadcast is available at www.sgaf.tv

An important meet-the-artist session with pianist and composer Anton Batagov will be held by a program director of the “Eurasia” festival, Gyulara Sadyh-zade.

Master-classes from Ural academic philharmonic orchestra’s concertmasters and an open rehearsal (lecture with praxis) of “Arditti-quartet” will take place at Sverdlovsk Philharmonic and Ural musical college, which is an official partner of the “Eurasia” festival.

Moreover, a new project “The Shining World” by a famous Ural vanguard artist, Sergei Parfenyuk will be presented in the Great lounge of the Philharmonic starting from 6 October. This exposition includes two dozens of sweeping picturesque works that are interconnected with the theme of the festival.
